Construction projects can often be multi-faceted in nature, integration is the name of the game to ensure that all trades are on board to create a seamless integration of activities.   We work closely with the other trades and general contractors to coordinate activities and time-lines for ultimate efficiency.

 

Tim has many years experience in estimating and project management and partner co-owner Lorna Young has worked as a project manager for over 18 years in Victoria  managing projects for both private and public sector clients. 

 

Both have been involved in the construction industry for over 25 years allowing project delivery to deliver clients on time with as little impact as possible.  

 

Projects range from minor repairs to major renovations, and new construction. 

 

We work hard to coordinate with the builder, other contractors and sub-contractors to make sure our clients are satisfied and while our speciality is drywall, Tim's many years in the industry have given him first hand experience and the ability to understand all aspects of construction.
